Differences between original and Rolex DateJust fake watches

Published by under Party

The idea with a good quality replica watch is to make it resemble as much as possible of an original Rolex. The closer it is to an original, the better is also the quality of cosmetic details and time accuracy of the Rolex replica. However, these Rolex DateJust fake watches can never be exactly similar to real Rolex watches. If so, they would no longer be merely imitations, but real ones.

The material used in the watch-making process is probably the biggest difference between a real and a replica Rolex. A good quality fake Rolex is made out of almost the same materials as the original, that is, stainless steel, gold and diamonds. However, the hardness of stainless steel and the level of gold can be on a lower level.

The date window in the three o’clock position of the watch is slightly different from the original. Many datejust fake watches have a 1.5 times magnification instead of a 2.5 times. The result is that the date shown looks much smaller in the window of a replica than in a real Rolex.

In order to design a waterproof watch, the original Rolex has been designed with an extra seal on the crown, which looks like a black o-ring. This detail does not exist on most counterfeit watches and instead these have only a basic screw crown without a seal.

Other differences are minute hands of different shapes and sizes and engraved or clear case backs instead of a plain and smooth case back. The most notable feature is the serial and case reference number that is engraved on original Rolex but not on Rolex DateJust fake watches.

Differences between a replica and a real Rolex watch can be many, but so can also the similarities be. It all depends on what kind of replica watch you buy. For only a few hundred dollars you can get a good quality watch that come so close to the original that hardly anyone will be able to distinguish it from a real one.
